i found free drinks available in the lobby (a really nice touch!). the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel offered a free light breakfast with bakery items. the location was convenient with easy access to multiple train stations.

the room size was a little small, but it was manageable for a short stay.

Excellent Stay near Tokyo Tower

convenient location train station helpful staff smooth experience

I found the location to be quite convenient, especially with the train station and Tokyo Tower within a comfortable walk. The hotel's proximity to various attractions made exploring easy (it was like the heart of everything). I also appreciated the staff's helpfulness and their ability to communicate well in English. Check-in and check-out were simple, contributing to a smooth experience.

The room was on the smaller side, so it might be a tight fit for more than one person.

dark blue walls unstable wi-fi

The location provided quick access to the city center and key attractions. The hotel offered free drinks on the first floor, acceptable.

The room decoration was disappointing. Walls had dark blue paint that make it seem small. The furniture look old also. The Wi-Fi connection did not work properly.
